Masala Idli is a spicy version of plain Idli. MTR Masala idli makes the super tasty and soft idlis in less than 15 minutes. If you have leftover Masala Idlis, fry them with onion, tomato, corn, and other veggies of your choice. Season with tempered mustard seeds and curry leaves.
